It was so fun talking with Karolynn Hardy about teams!

Teams are the next frontier for those of us in the development space. As technology handles more of the task work, humans will need to get better at the human work- solving complex problems will be the work of teams, and leadership will need to become the collective work teams - not people managers. It’s a very exciting phase and I cannot wait to see what we can achieve.

Karolynn has always been a thought partner to me. We always seem to enter a conversation with one frame and leave it with a whole new view that stretched us further into the future than we’d gone before. This chat is no different. I left feeling even more excited about the future leadership work of teams.
