TeamHive 360
TeamHive 360 is a validated diagnostic tool that measures team functioning, dynamics and effectiveness; using quantitative and written data from team members and stakeholders. It was developed based on 20 years of expert experience, and a painstaking 2-year research and development process in partnership with the University of Newcastle.
TeamHive 360 measures: Team Effectiveness, Team Performance, and the PLUS factors that drive them. This enables the team to gain a deep understanding of their team dynamics impacting effectiveness and performance. The TeamHive 360 produces these results based on 71 diagnostic questions, five questions about team effectiveness, one question about team performance outcomes, and three written feedback questions.

HiveAI Coach
The HiveAI Coach helps teams, leaders and coaches more deeply understand their results, and provides practical suggestions for development actions based on the team's specific data. The HiveAI Coach helps teams turn insights into action for the team, whilst ensuring privacy and data security by decoupling diagnostic results from the organisation and team where the results came from - the AI model never sees the organisation or team name or any other identifying information.
HiveAI operates in two modes. Firstly, a static mode whereby the HiveAI coach gives a set of insights, questions, recommendations and resources to accompany the TeamHive 360 report. Secondly. HiveAI Coach operates in a chat mode, allowing leaders coaches and team members to have a coaching conversation that is informed by diagnostic data about the team.
