What is TeamHive 360?
TeamHive 360 is a diagnostic tool designed to empower teams by providing data-driven insights into team strengths and areas for growth. It was developed based on 20 years of insights, and a two-year research and development process in partnership with an expert review panel and researchers from the University of Newcastle.
It is a robust, validated team 360, incorporating feedback from team members and stakeholders, which measures team effectiveness and outcomes, and the PLUS dimensions that drive them. TeamHive 360 captures input from all team members and the key stakeholders that depend on the team to gain a deep understanding of team dynamics impacting effectiveness and performance.
It contains 71 diagnostic items (covering the four PLUS dimensions and twelve subdimensions), plus five items about team effectiveness, and one item about team performance outcomes.

How TeamHive 360 Works
A TeamHive 360 can be run by an organisation administrator or by a team owner/manager through the following steps:
Set up the team
Add at least two of both team members and stakeholders.
Commence survey collection
TeamHive will send out automated emails with personalised links to each team member and stakeholder. Optionally, customise the email templates to add more specific context for your organisation or team.
Monitor survey collection
See who has responded through the TeamHive platform. Choose whether to send automated reminder emails on a schedule or send them at any time.
Close the TeamHive 360
Once survey results are in, close the diagnostic to get your results and unlock the full potential of HiveAI Coach.
Results & Reporting
Within seconds of closing, the following are produced and immediately available via the TeamHive web platform and in a downloadable PDF report.
Performance Metrics
Team Overall Performance Scores
Measures the extent to which the team is achieving its goals, KPIs, and/or organisational expectations — scored against organisational goals and expectations.
Team Effectiveness Scores
Covers quality, timeliness, capability and co-ordination, plus an overall Team Effectiveness score that measures how effectively the team is operating.
Insights & Feedback
Summary Insights
Lists the team's key themes based on the scores and the written feedback, giving an at-a-glance picture of what matters most.
Written Feedback Summaries
A concise summary of all written feedback, grouped by Team Members and Stakeholders — covering all themes while protecting the anonymity of individual respondents.
Detailed Breakdowns
Scores broken down by Team Members vs Stakeholders, containing average of raw scores, standard deviation of raw scores, and percentile rank amongst professional teams:
