What is TeamHive 360 Pulse?
All TeamHive subscriptions of 12 months or more include unlimited TeamHive 360 Pulse checks while subscribed. Pulse is a short-form version of the full TeamHive 360, designed for rapid intra-year feedback using a smaller item pool — 48 items versus 71 in the full assessment.
Pulse still measures the same PLUS dimensions and team effectiveness and performance, giving teams a consistent, comparable view of their effectiveness and dynamics throughout the year.
How Pulse Works
Pulse works the same way as the full TeamHive 360 — just with fewer questions for a quicker turnaround. The two key differences are:
Prerequisite: Full 360 First
To commence a Pulse, the team must have completed a full TeamHive 360 within the past 12 months. This ensures Pulse results are grounded in a comprehensive baseline.
Scheduled or Ad-Hoc
Some organisations schedule a Pulse every quarter, whilst others use them on an ad-hoc basis based on specific team initiatives or developmental needs.
Key Features
Same Metrics as the Full 360
Pulse measures all the same metrics as the full TeamHive 360 — team effectiveness, performance, and all four PLUS dimensions — using a smaller 46-item pool.
Same Familiar Process
Operates in the same manner as the full assessment, with automated invites to team members and stakeholders and the same reporting experience.
